ACT® WorkKeys® assessments help you measure the workplace skills that can affect your job performance and awards the National Career Readiness Certificate® (NCRC), a credential that verifies foundational workplace skills.
You can now take these exams from the comfort of your own home, anywhere in the country! The exams are taken 1 to 1 with us using Microsoft Teams, available during test center open hours. Please email DWEDtesting@csn.edu with a screenshot of your exam receipt as soon as possible to have your WorkKeys account created or to have any additional exams added. Please allow at least 5 days to take the exam (2 days for CSN to create your WorkKeys account, 3 days for ProctorU to contact you for exam planning ). It is your responsibility to determine if you can complete your exams before any program or application deadline.
