Participants will gain foundational knowledge of Community Association Management, including governance, financial management, budgeting, ethics, effective communication, operations, risk management, and Nevada laws and regulations governing common-interest communities. Successful completion of this course fulfills the prerequisite education requirement necessary to sit for the Nevada Community Manager Licensing Examination.
