This Course is an opportunity to bond with your motorcycle and earn a Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) license waver. Its structure is 4 hours online before 6hr in-person riding session. Students are required to bring their own motorcycle. Tuition is $155.00.
Requirements to Enroll:
- Be a Nevada resident.
- Have a current class C driver's License or a learner's permit.
- Be able to bring a safe, street legal motorcycle with their name on the insurance policy.
- Written permission of policy holder signed in front of coaches allowed.

- Have command of the English language. Inability to safely communicate with the coaches will be cause for dismissal.
- Have computer proficiency to access the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) ePackage2 eCourse and print the certificate or arrange for CSN staff to assist you.
- Students under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver in person or obtain a notarized signature prior to the start of class. The two (2) waivers are available below: Please Print Them.

ATTENDANCE AT ALL SESSIONS IS MANDATORY. IF YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED THE E COURSE, ARE LOST or LATE, MISS A SESSION, DO NOT ATTEND or ARE DISMISSED,
YOUR COURSE FEE WILL BE FORFEITED.
A rider must Complete the MSF eCourse and PASS a riding skills evaluation to have the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles waive testing. Students will receive one riding skill evaluation per class.
You will take the completion card to NV DMV. It is based on your student profile and must be legally correct.
Your first name as it appears on your NV Driver's license, your middle initial(s)
your last name as it appears on your NV Driver's license and any other items such as JR or II.
Your motorcycle must meet the following standards:
- 2-wheeled
- Street legal
- Licensed and Insured
- Automatic OR Manual transmission.
- Pass pre-ride inspection (TCLOCS)
- ¾ a tank of fuel or charge
If under 90cc/750W you will receive a MoPed only completion card.

- Full face or ¾ face DOT-compliant helmet.
- Eye protection (Glasses/Sunglasses or face shield built into helmet)
- Long sleeved shirt or jacket
- Full finger gloves preferably leather.
- Long Pants, non-flared, made of denim or durable equivalent.
- Sturdy over the ankle boots. Sole must not crush, padding/ armor over ankle.
