This comprehensive workforce development program prepares participants for entry-level employment in the Audio Visual, Stagehand, Live Events, Convention, and Production industries. Students receive hands-on training in audio systems, video systems, lighting systems, breakout room setup, event production, podcast production, camera operations, workplace communication, emotional intelligence, and professional development.
Students will also receive career readiness training including resume development, interview skills, customer service, teamwork, leadership development, and job placement assistance. Industry certifications may include OSHA-10, CPR/First Aid, Forklift, Boom Lift, and Scissor Lift certifications.
Upon completion, participants will be prepared for employment opportunities with production companies, convention services providers, audiovisual companies, and stagehand employers throughout Southern Nevada.

• Participate in hands-on activities
• Follow workplace safety requirements
• Complete all assigned projects and assessments
• Wear closed-toe shoes during technical training activities
