Classes are added monthly.
To register for the Basic Rider Course 1 a student must:
  • Be a Nevada Resident
  • Be able to ride a bicycle
  • Be at least 15 ½ years old*
  • Have a current driver’s license or learner’s permit.

* Students under the age of 18 must have waivers signed by a parent or guardian (notarized if parent cannot attend first day classroom)

The in-person riding portion of the class is conducted on 2 consecutive days. Students are required to attend both days!

In addition the student must have the following items and abilities:
  • The ePackage 1 e Course Certificate with a completion date less than 30 days old.
  • A  DOT approved 3/4 or full-face helmet
  • Eye protection (Glasses/Sunglasses or face shield),
  • Over the ankle sturdy boots, high top athletic shoes are NOT permitted.
  • Full fingered gloves,
  • Long sleeved shirt or jacket and sturdy pants.  
  • Understand verbal and visual instruction in English

    ***Students that arrive without the required items or abilities will forfeit all tuition and/or fees.***
