Multiple workers in a manufacturing plant.
This course is a 12-week program designed to provide foundational manufacturing skills for local employers and to meet the training requirements for the Tesla/Panasonic Gigafactory.

The Two (2) tracks of training provided will be focused on certifying individuals in the mastery of the core competencies of manufacturing production which are:
Safety, Quality Practices & Measurement, Manufacturing Processes & Production, Maintenance Awareness
Track 1
  • Combination of home study, online e-learning, and hands-on labs
  • Training which qualifies students for the OSHA-10 safety training. 
  • This course will provide an overview of what local manufacturers are looking for in new employees wishing to join the local workforce, and having the skills necessary to be successful.
Track 2
  • Panasonic Preferred Pathway (P3)
  • Panasonic Material Handler (G1)
  • Panasonic Production Operator (G2)
