ACT® WorkKeys® assessments help you measure the workplace skills that can affect your job performance. Successful completion of WorkKeys assessments can lead to earning a National Career Readiness Certificate® (NCRC®) — a credential that verifies foundational workplace skills. To earn the National Career Readiness Certificate® (NCRC®), you must successfully complete the WorkKeys assessments in Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, and Workplace Documents. The cost of this assessment is $75 for a full battery or $25 each for individual subject subtests. For NV Energy, you must take all 5 assessments, for a total of $125.
The WorkKeys Essential Skills is a survey-based assessment that measures your soft skills, such as leadership, integrity, collaboration, resilience, creativity, and work ethic. You can show the report to employers for proof of your capabilities.
