AHA ACLS - Certification

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). This 16-hour course is designed for licensed healthcare providers who direct or participate in the resuscitation of patients both in and out of the hospital.This course enhances the skills necessary for the treatment of arrest and pre-arrest patients through active participation in simulated cases. Prerequisites: AHA CPR/BLS for Healthcare Provider card and Basic EKG certificate or equivalent experience preferred. Must receive an 84% or higher on the AHA Preassessment. CE’s provided by Nevada Board of Nursing. CME’s are available upon request. Textbook is required and can be purchased separately at Sahara West Ctr. Please call (702) 651-4322. (18 hours).
