Have you always wanted to write, but didn't know where to start? Or, having you been writing all your life, and now you need fresh perspective on your work? Either way, this course is perfect for you! Through a combination of dynamic reading assignments and writing exercises, you'll learn or review the fundamental elements of writing fiction: process, imagery, characterization, and setting. You'll explore your ideas in an interactive classroom with a seasoned writing instructor. This class is open to writers of all levels-- just be sure to bring your laptop or notebook. What's more, if you enjoy "Writing Fiction, Part 1," you can also take "Part 2" later on!
