HSE Reading and Writing Class:
  • HSE Reading & Writing prepares students to master Language Arts skills while exploring career and workplace skills. This course focuses on the basic five-paragraph essay through building mastery in unity, cohesiveness, and strong supporting details while reinforcing sentence skills. You will learn academic words which are often used in classrooms and are the most useful for students to learn. Reading instruction focuses on interpreting and analyzing both nonfiction and literary text passages while reinforcing basic reading comprehension skills.
