xEV Electrical Safety Awareness Certification 
Level 1 - Electrically Aware Person
Is designed for anyone who may encounter an EV in the workplace.
This includes an individual who performs tasks in proximity of electrified propulsion vehicles in sales, service, repair, and/or related environments. The LEVEL ONE individual requires high-voltage electrical safety awareness to identify the hazards and reduce the associated risks when working on or near electrified propulsion vehicles (xEVs) and/or near high-voltage components of electrified propulsion vehicles. Upon completion of the course, the certification exam will be administered.
ASE Certification exam cost of $38.99 is included in the tuition cost.

*Notice: The class will be a one 8-hour session (8:00am-5:00pm) with a lunch break, with the certification test administered at the end of class (3:45-5:00pm)

• The students will need to attend an NSHE workshop at DWED to apply as guest students and for us to provide a deferral code for the application.

• Canvas will be accessible once the students get their NSHE numbers

• Students need to create a MyASE account.
