You can now take these exams from the comfort of your own home, anywhere in the country! The exams are taken 1 to 1 with a proctor from ProctorU. Please email DWEDtesting@csn.edu with a screenshot of your exam receipt as soon as possible to have your WorkKeys account created or to have any additional exams added. Please allow at least 5 days to take the exam (2 days for CSN to create your WorkKeys account, 3 days for ProctorU to contact you for exam planning). It is your responsibility to determine if you can complete your exams before any program or application deadline. Please see the links below for our testing policies and what to expect on test day!

REFUND/FORFEIT POLICY: ALL SESSIONS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR SESSIONS CAREFULLY.
You must schedule your exams with ProctorU before the end of the year. If you fail to schedule your exams before December 31, you will forfeit your tuition fee and must repay for the assessment. Please email your receipt to dwedtesting@csn.edu to create your WorkKeys account or add new exams.

RETAKE POLICY
You must wait 2 weeks to retake a WorkKeys exam. Remote (At-Home) exams are not eligible for a retake discount.
 
SCHEDULE POLICY
Once you have purchased your registration, you must email your receipt to DWED Assessment Services at dwedtesting@csn.edu as soon as possible. Please allow 2 days for your WorkKeys account to be created. ProctorU will email you (the email provided on this account) to schedule your exams. Please note that ProctorU may have available appointments at least 3 days ahead from first contacting them. On test day, please provide a valid ID such as a driver’s license or passport. Outdated/expired IDs will not be accepted. Since this is an online proctored exam, expect to have your camara on, your room, desk, wrist, and ears checked for no signs of exam cheating.

RESCHEDULE/ABSENT POLICY
If you need to reschedule/cancel, please notify ProctorU at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled exam time. If no notice is given 48 hours prior, you will need to take your exam on the original schedule or forfeit your tuition.
