Student Requirements:
CSN COURSE WAIVER AND DISCLAIMER
MSF SAFETY COURSE WAIVER & INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
* Students under the age of 18 must have waivers signed by a parent or guardian (notarized if parent cannot attend first day classroom.
The riding portion is on your personal, street legal, registered and insured motorcycle.
Student must have the following items and abilities:
Motorcycle training can be a strenuous physical activity students need to be in good physical condition.

Student Requirements:
- Be a Nevada Resident
- Be able to ride a bicycle
- Be at least 15 ½ years old*
- Have a current driver’s license or learner’s permit.
- All students must sign both the CSN and MSF waivers*

- The ePackage 2 e Course Certificate with a completion date less than 30 days old.
- A motorcycle that has ¾ tank of gas or battery power, with insurance listing the student as an insured rider.
- A DOT approved 3/4 or full-face helmet
- Eye protection
- Over the ankle sturdy boots, high top athletic shoes are NOT permitted.
- Full fingered gloves,
- Long sleeved shirt or jacket and sturdy pants.
- Understand verbal and visual instruction in English
