ACT® WorkKeys® assessments help you measure the workplace skills that can affect your job performance. Successful completion of WorkKeys assessments can lead to earning a National Career Readiness Certificate® (NCRC®) — a credential that verifies foundational workplace skills. To earn the National Career Readiness Certificate® (NCRC®), you must successfully complete the WorkKeys assessments in Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, and Workplace Documents. The cost of this assessment is $75 for a full battery or $25 each for individual subject subtests.
REFUND POLICY: ALL SESSIONS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR SESSIONS CAREFULLY.
As noted, all noncredit courses/assessments listed in this schedule are NONREFUNDABLE. You may, however, transfer your fee to another class or assessment. If you have questions about transferring your registration fee, please call (702) 651-4955 to request assistance. You may also send your transfer request to WorkKeys@csn.edu.

You do NOT have to complete all your assessments in one sitting. You must arrive with enough time to FINISH whatever assessments you are taking before the Assessment Center closing time.
