This training program provides you with the must-have hard and soft skills to thrive in the 21st century manufacturing workplace. No college degree is required. The 160-hour training can be completed in as little as 2 months. Better yet, the SANDI grant is ready to pay for your training.

There are no lectures or exams. You acquire critical hard skills including data, computational, problem solving, coding, and 3D spatial skills through guided hands-on practice.

By working with your personal coach and the support team, you also acquire essential soft skills including professional communication, time management, critical thinking, attention to detail, perseverance, and adaptability.

The training is self-paced and works well with family and work responsibilities. You have a personal coach to help you stay on track, and a dedicated support team to assist you throughout the entire training.

Upon completing the program, you have acquired the skills needed to be a very effective 21st century manufacturing worker and are ready to pass widely recognized certifications including NCRC (National Career Readiness Certificate) and TOSA. NCLab assists you with job placement. Most graduates start a new career immediately upon graduation.
