Students will learn the benefits of a WFPB (whole foods and plant-based) diet and how it can be optimal to one’s health and weight loss goals. Learn how to create a meal plan as well as an action plan to be at your best. This includes grocery shopping, meal prep and the best ways to cook food for optimal weight loss. We will also cover the benefits and importance of mindset, exercise and a workout routine that works for your lifestyle.
