ACT® WorkKeys® assessments help you measure the workplace skills that can affect your job performance. Successful completion of WorkKeys assessments can lead to earning a National Career Readiness Certificate® (NCRC®) — a credential that verifies foundational workplace skills. To earn the National Career Readiness Certificate® (NCRC®), you must successfully complete the WorkKeys assessments in Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, and Workplace Documents. The cost of this assessment is $75 for a full battery or $25 each for individual subject subtests. For NV Energy, you must take all 5 assessments, for a total of $125. 

ACT® WorkKeys® Essential Skills exam measures your soft skills in the workplace, such as leadership, creativity, and integrity. Participants that score in the 85th percentile for each of the 6 skill categories will earn a Credly badge for employment.

REFUND/FORFEIT POLICY: ALL SESSIONS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR SESSIONS CAREFULLY.
As noted, all noncredit assessments listed in this schedule are NONREFUNDABLE. You must schedule your exams before the end of the year. If you fail to schedule your exams before December 31, you will forfeit your tuition fee and must repay for the assessment. Please schedule your exams via email to dwedtesting@csn.edu

RETAKE POLICY
If you are retaking an assessment, you must arrive to our CSN Sahara West location to receive a discounted retake. You will need to pay full price for a subject after every 2 retakes. You must wait 2 weeks to retake a WorkKeys exam. Workplace Observations is not eligible for a retake.
 
SCHEDULE POLICY
Once you have purchased your registration, you must email DWED Assessment Services at dwedtesting@csn.edu at least 48 hours prior to your desired testing date. Please let us know the date, time and subjects of the test you plan to take. You must arrive with enough time to FINISH whatever assessments you are taking before the Assessment Center closing time. On test day, please bring a valid ID such as a driver’s license or passport. Outdated/expired IDs will not be accepted.

RESCHEDULE/ABSENT POLICY
If you need to reschedule/cancel, please notify us via email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled exam time. If no notice is given 24 hours prior, a $15 retake fee will be applied for your future exam. If you are absent for your exam, the same $15 retake fee will be applied for your future exam.
